As all our clients time is valued we have had to introduce these policies to ensure that we can continue to provide a high level of service & standards for our clients.
*Please arrive to appointments 5 mins before scheduled time.
*If you are a new client please arrive 10 mins earlier than your scheduled appointment to fill in new client form.
*If a client shows up late to their appointment then the therapist may shorten the treatment to ensure they aren't running late for the next client.
*We require 48 hrs notice for all appointment changes. We do of course understand that unavoidable issues come up and will do our best to work with you. We reserve the right to charge a fee of 50% of the service booked for any changes outside these perimeters.
*As above the same rules will be enforced for No Shows and if you rebook again full payment must be made in advance prior to your appointment being confirmed.
*Please switch phones to silent mode to ensure that other clients aren't disturbed.
* Please do not to use you
phone during a treatment (unless emergency), this is your time to disconnect
from the outside world and allow yourself to be pampered. No phone usage especially
when having a manicure as this can interfere with the treatment being performed
as well as spread germs/bacteria from your phone on to your hands.
