As all our clients time is valued we have had to introduce these policies to ensure that we can continue to provide a high level of service & standards for our clients.

Arrival Times

*Please arrive to appointments 5 mins before scheduled time.

*If you are a new client please arrive 10 mins earlier than your scheduled appointment to fill in new client forms.

Late Arrivals

*If a client shows up late to their appointment then the therapist may shorten the treatment to ensure they aren't running late for the next client.

Cancellation Policy

*48 hrs notice is required to cancel or reschedule an appointment. If 48 hrs notice isn't given then 50% of the service booked is charged.


*48 hrs notice is required to cancel an appointment or reschedule. If 48 hrs notice isn't given then the voucher is void.

Mobile Phones

*Please switch phones to silent mode to ensure that other clients aren't disturbed.

*Keep usage to a minimum especially when having a manicure as this can interfere with the treatment being preformed.
